Our Of Counsel, Angelo Danilo De Santis  professor of civil procedural Law and lecturer in the field of civil and commercial out of court settlement, in the context of the private law and European private law on the Doctoral Program in Legal Disciplines,will be the organizer and the Scientific Project Head of the seminar “I vincoli del precedente giurisprudenziale nel processo civile” about  restrictions of previous jurisprudence in the civil law process.

The seminar will be introduced by professor Giuseppe Grisi, coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Legal Disciplines, and will be attended by professor Domenico Dalfino, of the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”; professor Luca Passanante, of the University of Brescia and professor Heitor Sica, of  tha University of São Paulo.
