Consob  has ordered the blackout of the following websites  that abusively offer financial services:

The number of websites blacked out since July 2019 has thus risen to 553.

Published on Euronext’s website the new tax guide related to the French Market operational as of 01 January 2022.
The main changes concern the Standard Refund process on this market in particular:

  • Timing for the submission of documentation to Monte Titoli;
  • Modifications on the compilation of the forms 5000 and 5001 

The European Commission has put out for public consultation a proposal for a Directive amending Directives 2011/61/EU and 2009/65/EC as regards delegation arrangements, liquidity risk management, supervisory reporting, provision of depositary and custody services and loan origination by alternative investment funds.
The initiative aims to assess how to strengthen the rules and complete the internal market for these investment funds. This could lead the Commission to adapt the rules on Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS).
The consultation will end on 21 January 2022.

The European Commission adopted today a package of measures implementing the Action Plan for Capital Markets Union.

The proposals will ensure that investors have better access to company and trading data. The measures will also encourage long-term investment and make it easier and safer for investment funds to be sold cross-border.

The legislative proposals adopted today are:

  • The European Single Access Point (ESAP): putting data at investors’ fingertips;
  • Review of the European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs) Regulation: encouraging long-term investment, including by retail investors;
  • Review of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD);
  • Review of the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR): enhancing transparency by introducing a “European consolidated tape” for easier access to trading data by all investors.
