Consob ha pubblicato il Richiamo di attenzione n.1/2022 sulla presentazione di una lista da parte del Consiglio di amministrazione uscente per il suo rinnovo a seguito della consultazione in materia.
Con il presente Richiamo di attenzione Consob intende segnalare alcuni aspetti critici connessi alla presentazione della lista di candidati da parte del CdA e alcuni accorgimenti per mitigare queste criticità.
Il testo è corredato dalla pubblicazione integrale delle risposte dei partecipanti alla Consultazione e di una tabella di confronto che sintetizza le osservazioni ricevute e le valutazioni della Commissione.

Bank of Italy has published its first Economic Bulletin for 2022.
The aim is to align the crypto derivatives market with the existing market by creating a solid legal foundation.
Until now, different countries have largely traded crypto asset derivatives using modified versions of existing ISDA definitions and templates, or using their own tailor-made regulations. This not only leads to a lack of standardisation, but can mean that some unique events that may occur in the cryptocurrency market are not directly covered by the regulation used for derivatives linked to these assets.
For this reason, ISDA believes there is a need to develop tools that will standardise the derivatives market for this asset class.
The Financial Action Task Force (FATF-GAFI) has published an updated overview of the technical compliance assessment ratings of its member countries.
The FATF-GAFI conducts peer reviews on an ongoing basis to assess the effectiveness of its members’ AML/CFT measures and how effectively they have implemented the technical requirements.
