Pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 185 del 4 agosto 2021 la legge 4 agosto 2021, n. 109, di conversione in legge, con modificazioni, del decreto-legge 14 giugno 2021, n. 82, recante disposizioni urgenti in materia di cybersicurezza, definizione dell’architettura nazionale di cybersicurezza e istituzione dell’Agenzia per la cybersicurezza nazionale. Contestualmente è stato pubblicato il testo del decreto-legge n. 82, coordinato con la Legge di conversione.
EIOPA has published technical information on the relevant risk free interest rate term structures (RFR) with reference to the end of July 2021. Technical information relating to risk-free interest rate (RFR) term structures is used for the calculation of the technical provisions for (re)insurance obligations.
With this monthly publication, the Authority ensures a consistent calculation of technical provisions across Europe.
