Emanuela Errighi

Emanuela Errighi is one of the founder partners of Legália and Senior Partner of the Dispute Resolution and Commercial teams. During her professional career Emanuela gained recognized experience in advising and assisting companies and private wealth clients, in civil and corporate litigation as well as off-court settlement procedures.

Emanuela is also an expert in contract drafting and negotiation in any area of commercial law as well as in the legal support in connection with public procurement proceedings. Emanuela developed outstanding skills in the management of litigation on medical responsibility.

Emanuela has been appointed as member of governmental committees as well as advisor of legislative bodies in the preliminary works for the drafting of complex laws and regulations.

Emanuela is author of several articles for law journals.
