Banca d’Italia ha pubblicato gli esiti dell’indagine sul grado di allineamento degli intermediari non bancari alle aspettative di vigilanza in materia di rischi climatici e ambientali.
Al riguardo, viene pubblicata una nota informativa con le evidenze emerse in cui, tra l’altro, si richiede agli organi di amministrazione di tutti gli intermediari non bancari di definire e approvare specifici piani di azione in grado di favorire nel medio termine una progressiva integrazione dei rischi climatici e ambientali nelle strategie aziendali, nei sistemi di governo e controllo e nel risk management framework.
