EBA published its final draft Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) on the disclosure of indicators of global systemically important institutions (G-SIIs).
These standards help to identify which banks are GSIIIs and specify the formats and instructions in accordance with which G-SIIs disclose the information required under the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and aim at ensuring consistency of information.
On the Official Journal of the European Union has been published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/249 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2197 with regard to closely correlated currencies in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
New EU rules on Mediation in investment disputes
Decision No 2/2021 of the Services and Investment Committee of 29 January 2021 adopting the rules on mediation for use by the parties to the dispute in the context of investment disputes was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 19 February 2021. The objective of the mediation mechanism is to facilitate the search for an agreed solution through a comprehensive and expeditious procedure with the assistance of a mediator.
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of entry into force of Chapter 8 (Investment), Section F (Investor-State Dispute Settlement), of the Agreement, following the exchange of written notifications, through diplomatic channels, by which the Parties certify that they have completed the necessary internal obligations and formalities.

Modifiche al Regolamento sulla Gestione collettiva del risparmio di Banca d’Italia
Con Provvedimento del 16 febbraio 2021, Banca d’Italia ha emanato il 2° aggiornamento recante modifiche al Regolamento sulla gestione collettiva del risparmio di cui al Provvedimento del 19 gennaio 2015, come successivamente modificato e integrato.
Le modifiche vanno ad uniformare la normativa Banca d’Italia in materia di gestione collettiva del risparmio agli Orientamenti dell’ESMA del 16 luglio 2020 sulle prove di stress di liquidità negli OICVM e nei FIA.
Le nuove disposizioni entrano in vigore il giorno successivo a quello di pubblicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana.
