EBA launched a public consultation on its draft Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) on the information concerning the new prudential requirements that competent authorities will be required to disclose publicly for all types of investment firms authorised under MiFID.
The consultation runs until 11 May 2021. The information that competent authorities will have to disclose every year covers supervisory approaches and aggregate statistical data on the new prudential requirements for investment firms. In particular, the information covers the following areas:
- text of laws, regulations, administrative rules and general guidance adopted in each Member State;
- options and discretions in the application of the prudential requirements;
- criteria and methodologies of the supervisory review and evaluation process (SREP);
- aggregated statistical data on prudential requirements.
On the Official Journal of the European Union has been published the Regulation (EU) 2021/168 of 10 February 2021 amending Benchmark Regulation as regards the exemption of certain third-country spot foreign exchange benchmarks and the designation of replacements for certain benchmarks in cessation.
Consob has ordered the blackout of 7 new websites that abusively offer financial services:
- SPTrade24 Ltd (website www.sptrade24.com);
- Directafx Ltd Group and Directafx Limited (website www.directafxs.com)
- “GB Trade FX” (website https://gbtradefx.com);
- “Globalcfd LTD” and “D&D Venture Project LTD” (website www.globalcfd.co);
- “MarketsCFDs” (website https://client.marketcfx.com);
- “Itradersfx Ltd” (website www.itradersfx.com);
- Plus One Ltd (website www.marketcfd.com).
The number of websites blacked out since July 2019 has thus risen to 381.

Il MISE, con Circolare n. 434 del 10 febbraio 2021, ha fornito indicazioni e chiarimenti in merito alle modalità di applicazione delle disposizioni di cui all’articolo 1, commi 95-96, della Legge di Bilancio 2021, recante modifiche alla disciplina relativa alla misura agevolativa di cui all’articolo 2 del decreto-legge 21 giugno 2013, n. 69, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 9 agosto 2013, n. 98, e successive modifiche e integrazioni (cosiddetta “Nuova Sabatini”).
La Nuova Sabatini prevede l’erogazione del contributo da parte del MISE , in favore di micro, piccole e medie imprese, calcolato in relazione a un finanziamento, bancario o in leasing finanziario, avente durata massima 5 anni, per l’acquisto di nuovi macchinari, impianti e attrezzature.
Per effetto della novella normativa, l’erogazione del predetto contributo sarà effettuata in un’unica soluzione, secondo le modalità determinate con il medesimo decreto.
