Alessandro Cuggiani

Alessandro Cuggiani is a Partner of Legália, head of the Employment practice. He has extensive experience in the fields of labour, trade union and social security law, both in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

Alessandro is registered with the Bar Association of Rome and is admitted  to practice before the Italian Supreme Court. He had gained noteworthy skills in the management of labour related matters even in complex deals such as corporate restructuring, transfer and business terminations, which entail significant involvement of personnel and industrial relations with trade union representatives at all levels.

With specific reference to the phases of divestment or restructuring, Alessandro assists his clients in mobility procedures, whether or not linked to CIGS, CIGO and bankruptcy procedures, even with plant closures.

Alessandro provides advice and assistance on health, hygiene and safety in worplace and on the liability of Intitutions pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
