Alessandra Errighi

Alessandra Errighi is Partner of Legalia, working in the Dispute Resolution and Commercial teams.

Alessandra provides advice at national and international level to private companies and public entities, particularly in the field of credit management, whereby she assists clients in the context of judicial as well extra-judicial settlement proceedings, providing the most suitable and efficient debt recovery strategy.

Thanks to her extensive experience in the drafting of commercial contracts and the management of civil litigation, she handles in-court and out-of-court complex cases, with special focus on liability issues (and mainly healthcare) and general private law matters.

Alessandra is also committed in pro bono activities for organizations involved in social fields and is author of several articles for specialized law journals.
