Banca d’Italia ha pubblicato un comunicato stampa relativo ai dati utili per la determinazione dei tassi di riferimento riguardanti le operazioni di credito agevolato da stipularsi nel mese di febbraio 2022.

Consob has published the list of issuers of listed “SME” shares, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1, letter w-quater.1) of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998, as of 31 December 2021.

Consob, in agreement with the Bank of Italy, approved the amendments to the Rules of Services of Monte Titoli S.p.A. on settlement discipline and services to issuers and also approved the methodology adopted by Monte Titoli for the identification, for CSDR purposes, of the market values of securities that are not admitted to trading on any European trading venue.
The amendments to the Rules and Instructions proposed by Monte Titoli implement both the European standards and the technical methods available in T2S, i.e. in the Target 2 regulation on securities settlement, and the ECSDA procedure through the inclusion in the Rules of the fundamental elements of the rules and the related technical-procedural aspects.

EIOPA published its “Risk Dashboard” based on Solvency II data from the third quarter of 2021.

The results show that insurers’ exposures to macro risks remain at a high level while all other risk categories, such as insurance as well as profitability and solvency risks stay at medium levels.
