Banca d’Italia ha pubblicato un comunicato stampa relativo al Credito e liquidità per famiglie e imprese. 

Nel comunicato viene evidenziato come siano circa 223 miliardi (per un totale di 4.384 operazioni) le richieste di garanzia per i nuovi finanziamenti bancari per le micro, piccole e medie imprese presentati al Fondo di Garanzia per le PMI.

EBA published final Report on amendments to its Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) on currencies with constraints on the availability of liquid assets in the context of the liquidity coverage ratio (LCR).

The proposed amendments remove the Norwegian Krone (NOK) from the list. As a result, no currency will be recognised as having constraints on the availability of liquid assets.

ESMA is consulting on certain aspects of suitability requirements under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), in order to update its guidelines following amendments to MiFID II relating to sustainability.

The main amendments introduced to the MIFID II Delegated Regulation and reflected in the guidelines on the topic of sustainability are:

• Collection of information from clients on sustainability preferences
• Assessment of sustainability preferences
• Organisational requirements

The consultation closes on 27 April 2022.

ESMA has published a statement to clarify how to report net short positions (NSPs) between 28 and 31 January 2022 when the reporting threshold changes from 0.2% to 0.1%.
